ISIEINDIA join hands with India’s Top NGOs for Vocational Training and Community Skills for Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship

The ISIEINDIA Center of Excellence for Electric Vehicle serves as a pioneering force in India’s electric vehicle (EV) landscape. In a significant stride towards youth empowerment and entrepreneurship, ISIEINDIA has forged partnerships with India’s premier NGOs for vocational training and community skill development.

This collaboration aims to equip young individuals with the expertise needed to thrive in the burgeoning field of e-mobility. By harnessing the resources and networks of leading NGOs, ISIEINDIA ensures the accessibility of comprehensive training programs across diverse demographics, including underserved regions.

Through vocational training initiatives, youth are empowered with practical skills spanning EV technology, manufacturing, maintenance, and entrepreneurship. The partnership extends beyond skill-building, encompassing community outreach and awareness campaigns to promote sustainable practices and environmental consciousness.

By merging technological innovation with social responsibility, ISIEINDIA and its NGO allies foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. ISIEINDIA aims to setup COE-EV Lab in association/ partnership with Local Partners. As part of
the Mission and vision for creating an eco-system for E-Mobility and running the following courses
in E-Mobility Skilling sector through its Partner

These are 3 months to 6 months Courses 1-4 and 1 year (365 days) for Course 5. All the training is mapped as part of the new education policy and industry aligned where a candidate will be trained at state-of the-art-facility i.e. EV Labs. To accommodate the language requirements, the training will be conducted in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Post the training under the respective program, the candidate will be provided Placement and Self Employment Linkage opportunities through the network as part of the Placement Pool.

The certifications will be provided by the certifying body i.e. ISIEINDIA + NSDC- National Skills Development Corporation along with Funding Partner.
