Assam Kaziranga University and ISIEINDIA have joined hands to establish a Centre of Excellence for Electric Vehicles on the university campus. This collaboration aims to advance electric mobility education, research, and skill development in the northeastern region of India. The Centre will offer state-of-the-art facilities, including advanced labs for EV powertrain analysis, battery testing, and prototyping.
It will also host vocational training programs and industry-certified courses to equip students and professionals with the latest knowledge and practical skills in EV technologies. Additionally, the initiative will focus on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in electric mobility, aligning with India’s vision of sustainable and eco-friendly transportation. By integrating academia and industry expertise, this Centre will serve as a pivotal hub for producing skilled talent and promoting technological advancements in the electric vehicle sector.
