ISIEINDIA Signs MoU with Adhiyaman College of Engineering to Launch EV Training Focusing on Women Empowerment
In a progressive move towards skill development and gender equality in technology, ISIEINDIA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Adhiyaman College of Engineering to establish an advanced Electric Vehicle (EV) Training Lab on the college campus. This collaboration aims not only to provide cutting-edge technical training in EV technologies but also to empower women students by creating inclusive learning opportunities in this emerging sector.
The EV Training Lab will offer industry-relevant courses covering electric powertrains, battery management systems, charging infrastructure, and sustainable mobility solutions. Special emphasis will be given to encouraging and supporting women students to enter and excel in the electric vehicle industry, traditionally dominated by men.

In addition to advanced technical programs, the partnership will provide specialized skill development courses such as EV Service Assistant and EV Service Technician. These courses are designed to equip students with practical skills in electric vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, ensuring they are job-ready for the rapidly expanding EV service sector.
EV Service Assistant Course:
