Aurangabad, India – In a landmark initiative aimed at promoting skill development and women empowerment, ISIEINDIA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Cosmo Foundation. This collaboration is focused on creating opportunities for young women in the rapidly growing Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, a sector set to shape India’s future in sustainable mobility.
As part of the program, 50 students were selected for an intensive training curriculum that blended theoretical learning with hands-on practical experience. The training covered EV manufacturing and servicing, equipping students with a comprehensive understanding of technology, components, and operations within the EV ecosystem. In addition, participants underwent On-the-Job Training (OJT) in real industry settings, providing exposure to professional work culture, industry processes, and live project contributions, thereby preparing them for impactful careers in the sector.
The initiative goes beyond technical training, aiming to break traditional barriers and promote gender equality in a predominantly male-dominated industry. By empowering women with technical knowledge and practical expertise, ISIEINDIA envisions nurturing a generation of leaders capable of driving innovation and transformation in electric mobility.
Colleges and universities collaborated with ISIEINDIA Labs to ensure students are equipped with future-ready EV skills, while students and parents actively participated in the program, recognizing the value of real-world experience in a sector pivotal to India’s sustainable development.
Through this project, ISIEINDIA demonstrates how education, hands-on training, and industry partnerships can converge to create career opportunities while inspiring women to lead India’s electric mobility revolution.
