In a strategic step towards bridging the gender gap in STEM and technical careers, ISIEINDIA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sardar Patel University. This collaboration is aimed at empowering women through industry-driven training in Electric Mobility, Renewable Energy, Battery Technology, and Sustainable Transportation.

This partnership will open new doors for female students by providing:

• Specialized Skill Development Programs aligned with industry needs

• Hands-on Workshops on Electric Vehicles, Solar Energy, and Battery Technologies

• Internship Opportunities with leading companies in the green sector

• Entrepreneurship Support for women-led startups in clean technologies

• Industry Expert Sessions to bridge classroom learning with real-world applications

By introducing women to high-growth sectors like EV manufacturing, green energy innovation, and sustainable infrastructure, the initiative aligns with Skill India, Make in India, and the National Education Policy (NEP). It also directly supports the Government of India’s Women Empowerment Mission, ensuring more women are equipped for future-ready careers.

Speaking on the occasion, representatives from ISIEINDIA emphasized that inclusivity in technical education is not just a social goal but also a necessity for sustainable economic growth. Sardar Patel University echoed the sentiment, expressing pride in being part of a movement that encourages equal participation of women in industries traditionally dominated by men.
