ISIEINDIA conducted 12 Days training on Auto Electrical & EV Assembly Technician program (Women empowerment ) which was sponsored by Kalika steel industries Jalna at Centre of Excellence from 20TH August to 5TH September. In this training, 25 girls were given Hands on Training and all the topics were covered on daily basis. Girls also visited in EV manufacturing unit in Sinnar for completion of further topics.
TOPICS COVERED DURING THE TRAINING
- Basics of Automobile Engineering
Theoretical knowledge taught about automobile engineering, and then practical inspection on an EV bike.
- Basic Fundamental of EV
Students were given a complete knowledge about electric vehicles
- Electric Vehicle Circuit Diagram
Demo on circuit diagram was made for hands on training. All the dissembling and assembling of the electric vehicle was done in front of students and every point was made clear on the spot for better understanding of the students.
- Details of Engine, Gear box
During training, students also visited in EV manufacturing unit in Sinnar to clear topics.
- Industry Tools, Testing bike
After assembling the bike, proper testing was done to make sure that the vehicle is assembled properly or not. And the girls did work hard.

- Details & types of Motors
A proper class was fixed for clarifying the doubts and proper notes were made for further reference. On the day of completion all Students were given certification of Industrial Training by ISIEINDIA.
