ISIEINDIA in partnership with MASSIA & TATA technologies has conducted Certificate Distribution Program For 200 Engineering Student

Marking a significant step in India’s journey towards an electric future, 200 engineering students recently received certificates after completing an intensive training program aimed at equipping them with the skills and knowledge to drive the country’s electric vehicle (EV) revolution. This momentous occasion was celebrated at a ceremony held in collaboration by the Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers (ISIEINDIA), the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (MASSIA), and Tata Technologies’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative “Ready Engineer.”

The ceremony recognized the culmination of dedicated efforts by both the students and the collaborating organizations. Through the program, held at the ISIEINDIA Centre of Excellence for Electric Vehicles (COE EV), the students received comprehensive training, delving into various aspects of EV technology. From gaining a thorough understanding of the intricacies of EV motors to mastering the complexities of battery technology, the program equipped them with the necessary expertise to become valuable assets in the rapidly growing EV sector.

This initiative exemplifies a collaborative approach towards addressing the growing demand for skilled professionals in the burgeoning EV landscape. ISIEINDIA, a non-profit organization, played a crucial role in providing the training infrastructure and expertise. MASSIA, a leading industry association, collaborated to bridge the gap between academia and industry, ensuring the curriculum aligned with industry needs. Finally, Tata Technologies’ “Ready Engineer” initiative provided crucial support, contributing to the program’s success.

The successful completion of this program is a testament to the collective efforts of various stakeholders committed to fostering innovation and progress in the Indian EV landscape. As these newly trained professionals embark on their careers, their contributions hold the potential to significantly accelerate India’s transition towards a cleaner and more sustainable future.
