AICTE and ISIEINDIA Join Forces to Offer Master Certification in EV Technology Under NEAT Initiative

New Delhi, February 2025: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has officially partnered with ISIEINDIA Pvt Ltd to introduce a Master Certification in Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology under the National Educational Alliance for Technology (NEAT) initiative. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at AICTE headquarters in New Delhi.
The initiative aims to enhance skill development and employability in the electric mobility sector, catering to India’s growing demand for EV professionals. This program will be hosted on the NEAT portal, providing students access to high-quality training in EV technology.
Key Highlights of the Collaboration:
- Comprehensive EV Training: The Master Certification includes modules covering Fundamentals of EVs (4 months) and multiple specialization options (1 month each).
- Enhanced Employability: Designed to equip students with industry-relevant skills, the program aligns with the growing EV sector’s workforce demands.
- Affordable Learning Opportunities: As part of the NEAT initiative, 25% of seats will be offered free of cost to economically and socially weaker students.
- Public-Private Collaboration: AICTE acts as the implementing agency under NEAT, while ISIEINDIA brings its technical expertise and industry-driven curriculum.
AICTE’s Member Secretary, Dr. Buddha Chandrasekhar, and ISIEINDIA’s Founder & CEO, Mr. Vinod Gupta, emphasized the importance of this initiative in fostering sustainable mobility solutions and bridging the skill gap in the EV industry.
This collaboration marks a significant step towards preparing India’s workforce for the future of electric mobility and supporting the government’s vision for a sustainable and green transportation ecosystem.
