ISIEINDIA successfully conducted a comprehensive Faculty Training Initiative at NSTI Hyderabad, supported by the ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth. The program was exclusively designed to strengthen the technical capabilities of trainers and instructors in the electric mobility domain.

Advanced Hands-On EV Technical Training

Through structured and immersive modules, faculty members received practical exposure to advanced electric and hybrid vehicle technologies aligned with current and emerging EV industry requirements.

EV Lab Practical Training

The training covered 4-Wheeler EV regenerative braking systems, EV-specific HVAC systems, battery pack simulators for architecture, safety and diagnostics, and liquid-cooled EV battery simulators focusing on thermal management. Participants also explored EV charging analysis, safety systems, and hybrid vehicle transmission systems for power flow and drivetrain integration.
